I had a very comfortable and clean stay at the hotel, although the customer service could be improved. The location was convenient to the airport and a short drive to downtown Salt Lake City. I had a very nice sleep that night at the Salt Lake Airport hotel. The rooms were very large and had a very functional layout, which was nice and clean, but could benefit from better customer service. The service was amazing, with great customer service. The location was convenient, close to the airport, perfect for our midnight arrival and early morning departure. The dining experience, however, could be improved due to slow service and limited breakfast options.
